Do I need an account to track my request?
No. Every request gets a tracking code (REQ-XXXXXX). Enter it on the Track page — no login needed.
Can I print my certificate at home?
No. All certificates are printed at the barangay hall, dry-sealed, and released over the counter. You will get a text when your document is ready for pickup.

What are the requirements for a Barangay Clearance?
A registered resident profile, one valid government ID on pickup, and the ₱50 fee (paid in cash at the hall). First-time jobseekers are fee-exempt under RA 11261 — tell the staff when you claim.
How long does processing take?
Most certificates are ready within 1–2 working days. You will receive an SMS once approved.
Reserve a facility
How far ahead can I reserve the covered court?
Reservations open 30 days ahead, first-approved first-served. You can cancel online up to 24 hours before your slot.
Report to the blotter
Can I see blotter details online?
No. For privacy, the tracker shows the status only. Visit the barangay hall for anything beyond the status of your entry.
